I met Jennifer when I was in college and instantly noticed that her joyous laugh and laid back personality were infectious to all those around her. When she reached out to me, letting me know she was engaged and in need of a wedding photographer, the distinct memory of so many of her friends joking with her about when Trey might pop the question and her giddiness each time the subject came up flooded back into my mind. In the following weeks, Jennifer and I talked and planned and each time I saw more of that genuine, devoted, and tender heart she pours out in love for those around her. She began shaping an intimate ceremony based entirely on a beautiful and meaningful celebration of the love her and Trey share and founded in the relational stepping stones that constitute their trusting path leading up to this vow. The way Trey’s eyes lit up as Jen came down the aisle… in the way he embraced and held her… reaching for her hand each time he was at her side… the two have found an undeniably beautiful marriage.
As if I wasn’t hooked enough on how perfect their day was, Jennifer wore her mother’s ethereal gown and cap veil, complimented with her aunt’s pearls.
